• 100 g white sugar
  • 320g brown sugar
  • 270ml double cream
  • 3 tea spoons of rum
  • one large spoon of trickle.


  • Mix everything in a large glass bowl (It will rise quite a bit) and cook in microwave 3 minutes, stir and repeat for 3 minutes, stir and microwave for final 4 minutes.
  • Allow to settle down
  • Put in the electric mixer and beat it for 5 minutes.
  • Finally put in a tray, greased, and after it has cooled down for five minutes put in the fridge.
  • It will be ready then in an hour.
