- 100 g white sugar
- 320g brown sugar
- 270ml double cream
- 3 tea spoons of rum
- one large spoon of trickle.
- Mix everything in a large glass bowl (It will rise quite a bit) and cook in microwave 3 minutes, stir and repeat for 3 minutes, stir and microwave for final 4 minutes.
- Allow to settle down
- Put in the electric mixer and beat it for 5 minutes.
- Finally put in a tray, greased, and after it has cooled down for five minutes put in the fridge.
- It will be ready then in an hour.
